PPC understands your desire to protect personal information. In the course of using our Services we may collect Personal Information, which is information that specifically identifies you as an individual that can be used to contact or identify you. We may obtain your Personal Information when you correspond with us or engage in certain other activities on our website or in our call center. PPC will not sell or rent any of the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to any source. Email and Text Message Marketing
By submitting your email address and/or phone number through the Website, you are expressly consenting to receive emails and/or text messages from Protection Plan Center. To opt-out of receiving email messages from us, click on the “Unsubscribe” link contained in each email. If you no longer wish to receive text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Protection Plan Center. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request. Please note if you decide not to receive marketing emails or texts from us, you may still receive transactional email messages regarding your account (i.e., order confirmations, etc.). Security and quality of personal information
We have taken security measures, consistent with standard information security practices, to protect your Personal Information. These measures include technical and procedural steps to protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction. California privacy policy

Disputes and legal proceedings
We regularly review our compliance with this Policy. If we receive a formal written complaint from you, we will attempt to contact you directly to address any of your concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate governmental authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the collection, use, transfer or disclosure of personal data that cannot be amicably resolved between you and us. The Services are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled at our discretion (i) in the Ohio District Court for Cuyahoga County,; or (ii) in binding arbitration in the city of Cleveland, Ohio by a panel of two arbitrators chosen, and an arbitration proceeding conducted in accordance with the rules then applying of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Minors privacy
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
